Nelson Nursing Service and Wound Care

Nelson Nursing Services provides private registered nursing services including 24 hour nursing in the home, support during convalescence and assistance with medication such as insulin, eye drops and wound care.
If you are caring for somebody who has a chronic or acute illness, our nurses can step in at short notice or longer term if required. A senior nurse will visit, discuss your needs, set up a care plan and make arrangements.
We also offer additional private nursing services to Hospice patients.

This wound service provides ongoing wound treatment, when and where it is required.
One of our nurses will visit, carry out the care needed and communicate with your GP. Other treatment providers such as your GP can refer you to Nelson Nursing Service at any time.
This wound care service is for anybody, but is particularly appreciated by elderly people and those with mobility problems.
